Polish Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
18 polish sausages – diced
3 large onions quartered
6 celery sticks chopped
1 pack of mushrooms sliced
3 cans of chopped tomatoes
3 red peppers chopped
Jar of smoked paprika
1 bulb of garlic crushed
1 jar of dried parsley ( or bunch of freah parsley chopped)
Add all the ingredients to a 12 litre stock pot and simmer over a medium heat for 1 hour
Serve with crusty/ french bread
